The Washington Post recently reported that Hillary Clinton claims she is “not inclined” to run for president in 2016 adding, “I’m not thinking about anything like that right now.”
But someone should tell her super PAC that. Just a few months ago, a group of seven Clinton supporters called “Ready for Hillary” filed the necessary paperwork with the Federal Election Commission.
The super PAC’s chairperson, Allida Black told CNN, “We want to be ready to help Hillary when Hillary is ready to run.”
No flash in the pan, Black, a human rights historian, dipped her toe in the political waters while marching with Dr. Martin Luther King. She is also no stranger to fund raising: her super PAC WomenCount raised over $443,000 for then-presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton in 2008.
Black, who’s been following Clinton’s career for over three decades, firmly believes Clinton will run in 2016 saying that it’s “biologically impossible” for her not to.
